The objective was to establish a dedicated kitchen and commercialize a non-wheat bread in a specialized environment that ensures zero contamination with wheat flour. To support this initiative, we formed a spin-off project and provided comprehensive services including business model development, business plan creation, fund-raising strategies, market access strategies, and intellectual property rights (IPR) strategy.
